Chiropractor. Metabolic Health Specialist. Educator. Mom. Lifelong learner.
For nearly two decades, I’ve had the privilege of helping people better understand their bodies, improve their health, and feel more confident in the choices they make every day.
I’m a Doctor of Chiropractic, a certified Metabolic Balance® coach, and a longtime student of nutrition, functional medicine, and natural healing. But more than anything, I believe people deserve to understand why they feel the way they do—and what they can actually do about it.
So often, I meet people who know something isn’t quite right. They’re tired. Their weight won’t budge. Their cholesterol or blood sugar is creeping up. Their digestion is off. They’re not sleeping well. Or they simply don’t feel like themselves—even when they’ve been told their bloodwork looks “normal.”
That’s where I like to dig a little deeper.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York Chiropractic College in 2007 with my Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Chiropractic taught me early on to look at the body as a whole rather than simply chasing symptoms. Over the years, that curiosity led me to pursue additional education and certifications in nutrition, functional medicine, natural healing, and metabolic health, including becoming a certified Metabolic Balance® coach.
I’ve also served as an adjunct instructor at New York Chiropractic College and Cayuga Community College, teaching Anatomy & Physiology, Nutrition, Biology, and other health sciences.
Teaching has always been a big part of who I am—and it still shapes the way I work with people today.
I don’t believe health comes down to one magic food, supplement, adjustment, or quick fix.
I look at the bigger picture.
In my nutrition work, that means looking at symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and bloodwork to identify patterns that may be contributing to concerns like weight loss resistance, blood sugar problems, high cholesterol, fatty liver, low energy, digestive issues, inflammation, poor sleep, and hormonal or thyroid concerns.
Through personalized nutrition and Metabolic Balance®, I use a whole-food, bloodwork-based approach to help people better understand and support their metabolism.
My chiropractic work follows a similar philosophy—helping the body move and function better so people can stay active and continue doing the things they love.
To me, chiropractic and nutrition aren't separate ideas. They're both about looking beyond the symptom and asking:
What does this person need to function and feel better?
I don't want to simply hand someone a list of things they should or shouldn't do.
I want you to understand your body.
Why does blood sugar matter? Why can weight become harder to lose? What can your bloodwork tell us? How do food, movement, sleep, stress, and everyday habits affect how you feel?
When you understand the why, making changes becomes much easier—and much more sustainable.
Outside the office, I’m also a busy mom, so I understand that taking care of your health has to happen in the middle of real life.
I don't expect perfection from the people I work with. I believe in consistency, curiosity, and making better choices more often.
When I'm not working or learning something new, one of my favorite ways to recharge is getting outside and walking in nature with my dog.
Because while health can certainly be complicated, sometimes the basics are still incredibly powerful: good food, movement, sleep, time outside, connection, and understanding what your body needs.
Whether you find me because you're looking for chiropractic care, struggling with your metabolism, concerned about your bloodwork, or simply know you could feel better than you do right now, my goal is simple:
To help you understand your body, uncover the patterns that may be holding you back, and give you practical tools to move toward better health.
You don't need another quick fix. You need information that makes sense, a plan that feels doable, and someone willing to look at the bigger picture with you.
